I offer an initial free video or telephone consultation lasting 15 minutes. During the call we will talk about your goals and how I can help you reach them. Once you decide to book a further appointment with me, each session will last for 50 minutes. Sessions are usually held once a week. Sessions cost £55 and payable by bank transfer 24 hours before each session. Cash payments for in-person are by prior arrangement.
